Do you know what you stand for?
I know everyone is saying it, but this is going to be a really good year. I can feel it.
Although, I must confess that we're only 2 weeks into the new year and I've already $%^ed up my resolutions.
And I know exactly why! Because I didn't take the time to really feel into them and commit... obviously. I used the standard resolution I've thought of every year, right after the feasting and holiday celebrations wind down.
Does anybody else make those unattainable goals for themselves... only to feel like a failure when we don't follow through because it's just. not. realistic.?
After my pity party this morning, I decided I was going to share my"I AM gathering Values"with you because they are the values that form the core of me and the Truth of I AM... Regardless of how my resolutions have played out so far this year.
And this, I know, is a lifelong resolution... one that doesn't fade out after a month:
There is no separation between us and them. We are all one.
No race, no religion, no gender makes us different.
We are the same. PERIOD.
This is my core belief, which came from the experience of witnessing my mother's pain as a residential school survivor.
There is enough to go around. Seriously. This is a fundamental truth that is also often misunderstood.
If you believe that they have "more money", or "a better partner" or a "nicer house"etc, then you may be approaching life from a place of lack.
My mother modeled this abundance mentality for us growing up. We were a poor family of six kids and a stay-at-home mom. This didn't stop my mom from entertaining our friends at dinner time, or agreeing to feed all of the stray kids in the neighborhood!
If it's to be, it's up to me!
We are all powerful, spiritual beings having a human experience. We are faced with opportunities every day and we do have a choice as to our reactions, thoughts, and beliefs.
If you believe you can, you will.
If you believe you can't, you won't.
Both are true and the choice is always yours!
My wish for all of mankind is to realize these three simple truths. One person at a time.
Join me in this I AM movement.
Thank you for shining your light bright in 2019.
You are a beacon for positive change in the world.
All my love,
